Listen mate, it was 7:30 AM and I needed that proper fix, that "just got back from Vietnam" craving. Plus, I had Lucas da husky with me, and I needed a spot that wouldn't mind a Husky intensely supervising the meal. Found it right here at Quan Nhu Y in Inala. Too easy. You come here for the Com Tam (broken rice) and the Pho Dac Biet. Don't overthink it. It felt like brekky back in Ho Chi Minh City.. The Com Tam is a masterpiece stacked with perfectly charred grilled pork, a fried egg, and that brilliant egg meatloaf. Lucas da husky hasn’t blinked in ten minutes. He’s staring at that pork chop. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We enjoyed traditional Bun Bo Nuong and a giant crackling Banh Xeo with pork, prawns, mint, ya and mustard greens, so fresh and delicious. Ready for anything after that. All washed down with sweet Che Ba Mau and a Cafe Sua Da so strong I am hanging onto the table. A must at Saigon Plaza, Inala. Downside? Nothing we eat today after this will be as good! Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
