This is the second time we come to this restaurant and have another horrible experience. The first time our food took over 40 minutes to get even though we were 1 of 2 tables in the restaurant. Today my family experienced yet another awful experience. As soon as we sat down the waitress crystal did not even acknowledge the table as she handed out menus. After placing our order with a different waitress, she comes back to the table 20 minutes LATER and says “the wifi went out so the order never went through.” Hard to believe because the other table that arrived AFTER us got their food, ate their meal, and paid while we were still sitting there waiting. We placed the order again and waited 30 MORE minutes in the EMPTY restaurant for food that never came. We eventually left and the waitresses chased us outside demanding we pay the drinks even after an hour with no food and rude service. Do not waste your time or money here. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Terrible experience. After 20 minutes was told our food was not put in and we had to order again. Waited an hour before deciding we were not willing to wait anymore. We ordered salads so we didn’t understand the long wait since it wasn’t busy at all. Asked for our waitress twice to pay the tab on our drinks and she still didn’t come out. Left money on the table and was chased out and threatened with the police. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We love the place but are very disappointed with the staff. I have been trying to book my kids bowling birthday party for over a week now. Very poor communication with the event coordinator. Takes her 4 days to reply to email. We were informed that the date we are interested in is available so I have been trying to reach her via phone for another 4 days to discuss details with no luck. Left multiple messages. Called the Manager at the Lemont location two times hoping they would help me. I was informed that only event coordinator is able to book a party and they haven’t heard back from her either. Very disappointed since our kids were very excited to celebrate their special day with friends and family while bowling at Quarry.
