Once the promenade around the Mountain Annie's Center for the Arts is over, visit Quarters. You can order nicely cooked chicken, burgers and beef. But this bar has been rated below average by Google.

It's a pretty cool, old school, dive bar. Drinks were cheap and service was good. We didn't order food, so I can't comment on that. My brother and I stayed a in town couple of nights while riding motorcycles through the hills and had a good time here one night. Price per person: $40–50

My husband and I used to love to stop and have a drink on the patio while we shop downtown. Today, the bartender is extremely rude and unprofessional. Horribly unfriendly with an awful attitude.. Not to mention she’s bartending in her pajamas and has the audacity to treat people the way she does. We will not be back. There’s a perfectly nice brewry right across the street that is much friendlier and more welcoming.
