We truly loved our experience dining at Quelite. My family and I were hoping to grab a quick bite but found this restaurant to be so much more! We ordered the consume birria de hongo, tamale ahogados, ensalada, tacos dorados relleno con plátano macho y flan. Every flavor was very fresh and intentional. We noticed this restaurant grows some of the produce used for some of their dishes and loved that touch! We will definitely be back when we are in Coatepec!
