Due to a tooth problem due to the cold, I kindly asked for a straw, according to the manager it is IMPOSSIBLE to have one on site..? With a little insistence he ended up bringing it back to me (I should point out that I waited over 30 minutes there, however it's true that it's the first time I've waited that long), telling me bringing her back, the dear manager said to me without any embarrassment “here’s to the big boy”! So dear, I am willing that you are under pressure throughout the day, I am willing that at the end of the shift you may be “tense” (I arrived at 10:15 p.m., it closes at 11 p.m.), but under no circumstances can you disrespect a customer and even less for a straw! Ps: I come to the drive-thru to get a minium mazzerine menu 3x a month! I've never had any problems and it's been since 2020, well before! Never had a problem.. but maybe sir with these rules...?
