I went to Quick frankignoul in Liège boulevard point Carré Raymond to eat with family I went to order a meal for 4 people until everything is fine around 11:30 p.m. I wait for my order if it doesn't matter 10 minutes to wait with drinks in the car already up to the if not serious I wait Oky after I receive the order with an error missing item I ordered a watch for my wife allergic to fish so I went to find those responsible for the order no attention in verse the customer who claims the lack of order which cost me 50 euros for the 4 people the problem the current manager who worked on the evening of 07/08/2024 called the police because I said who risked killing of my wife in danger because I reported this information to the order the police if present on site to note the facts cold menu incomplete order error. I received the lack of order after half an hour and if the police who my apostle this order which is missing because the manager of Quick drive declared to the police that I got angry with incredible incompetence and total lack of attention towards the customer who is just asking for menus which are all cold on top of that no refund so it is found a camera near the main entrance and I threw everything away so if an employee is tired and doesn't want to work it makes the service unacceptable I will file a complaint against the person responsible for the drive I will report this to you first I request a total refund of my menu which was not everything because the time when the police came on site cold menu so I threw everything in the trash in front of the police present on site my friends e me and my wife really disgusted with the service present by this person responsible for preparation service I request a total refund of the order and I am contacting the person responsible for this service to really pay attention to the quality of their service I will send you the photos of my order and the tick I will not put everything your service in the same bag really this time the team present on site this Monday 08/07/2024 on the whole service drive aspect I find incompetent I am waiting for a refund if nn it will be a steal for me I will declare this indeed also a purchasing test because the current situation is unacceptable to you I expect a quick response from you I am of course contacting customer service to report this abuse Benyahya Nabil Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €10–20 Service: 1
