I really love this Quick Meal Broasted Chicken branch in Ras Tanura. The food quality is excellent, and the broasted chicken always tastes great and is well prepared. The chicken itself is usually ready in about 10 minutes, which is very reasonable. However, the main issue is ordering by phone. It often takes much longer for them to answer the call than it does to prepare the chicken, which is very disappointing and frustrating. I hope the management can address this by assigning someone specifically to handle customer calls so orders can be taken quickly and efficiently.
