Among other Japanese cuisune places to eat at, this restaurant can be one of the best. Tasty fried chicken, chicken sushi and fried prawns might be what you need. At Quickway Japanese Hibachi, you can order food as a takeout. A number of visitors mark that the staff is cool at this place. A lot of reviewers suppose that the service is nice. Pay fair prices for eating at this spot. Many people think that the atmosphere is spectacular here. But most clients who use Google didn't grant this restaurant a high rating.

First of all BECAREFUL ordering food online, they automatically add a $1.59 for "Staff tip". No option to take off. So get food in person and not delivered. (Added photo) Food wasnt half bad, but there are cobwebs all over. Hope none gets on food when cooking or eating. Go somewhere else. I haven't ordered from here in over 6 years. The last time i had their food it was decent quality. I expected (similar to what i got last time) actual hibachi vegetables with my hibachi beef with Xtra beef and small side of fried rice ( you know, carrots, mushrooms, broccoli, zucchini, etc...) what I got was a box piled high with fried wilted unseasoned cabbage, 5 pieces of over-cooked broccoli, 2 or 3 paper thin pieces of carot, and single scoop of rubbery strip beef on top with almost no sauce. I can't believe I paid almost 20 dollars for a box of garbage and a small fried rice. Cabbage is cheep. That was probably 2 dollars worth of bulk shredded cabbage, .50 worth of broccoli, and MAYBE 3 dollars worth of generic thin sliced precooked frozen strip beef. I ate one piece of the beef. It tasted like it was cooked hours ago and kept warm. I threw the whole thing away. I didn't even bother trying the fried rice, it looked dry and bland. My wife and I recently moved to Frederick and have been exploring local restaurants to find our go-to spots for different cuisines. We decided to try Quickway Japanese Hibachi because it was next to a few restaurants we've already enjoyed. Unfortunately, it was a major disappointment. The name should have been a clue, this isn't a sushi restaurant in the traditional sense. The sushi was honestly some of the worst we've had. We've had better sushi from the grocery store back in Georgia. If you're specifically looking for sushi, I'd recommend going elsewhere. The hibachi chicken was average at best, comparable to what you'd expect from a mall food court. It wasn't terrible, but it certainly wasn't memorable. What disappointed me most was the sushi. Great sushi isn't just about having quality fish, it's about the care and attention that goes into preparing it. The presentation, freshness, and execution all matter. When those elements are missing, it makes me question the overall standards, especially when serving raw fish. I don't enjoy leaving negative reviews, but I expected much better given the location and the other quality restaurants nearby. Hopefully this feedback encourages improvements, because there's definitely room to provide a much better dining experience. Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
