I just came to Chamblee location and the cashier was in the kitchen preparing for breakfast. I went over to where she could see me. No greeting. I had 2 drinks in my hand I went over to the counter. She could have at least acknowledged me or said that she would be with me in a minute or so. When she came out from kitchen, she looked annoyed and asked me was I ready to check out. She acting like she had been waiting for me. I did not address her lack of customer service directly, because didn't want to add to her bad night. But I work in customer service and always try to be the "user friendly" customer. I rarely make complaints bit there was no need for her attitude

Usually when you walk into a QuikTrip, the employees stop what they’re doing to help customers at the register. Unfortunately, that was not my experience today. Around 3:51 am this morning (young lady slim lighter skin black hair seemed to be long hair it was up) was working. She actually seen me at the pump & approaching the entrance to come inside the store to pay for my gas, she slightly stopped as she was walking pass the entrance toward the back. While waiting at the register, no “good morning welcome in” but you looked my direction so I asked if anyone was working the register, she cut me off and said she would be there in a minute. However, instead of coming to assist, she continued mopping the floor and then started the cleaning robot inside the store. Several minutes went by while I stood at the register waiting. I was in a rush, and when I looked toward the back again, I couldn’t even see her anymore. At that point, I just walked out of the store and decided to leave. The lack of customer service was very disappointing. The employee was rude, made no real attempt to assist a waiting customer, and seemed completely unconcerned. No other customers were in the store by the way just completely unacceptable.

My dealership cars comes here everyday atleast 10 to 12 time to refilling gas at this location. But i guess guy this morning dont like to work there as always he have bad attitude and always he have pain to give gas reciept even after asking him more thwn twice. Qt should have to look into this and also check camera if wanted too.
