While staying at the Clermont hotel we asked our concierge for a recommendation for a special celebration meal at a special restaurant. They recommend Quilon, specializing in southern Indian cuisine and they made the reservation for two on a Wednesday night. The restaurant was very cozy and inviting and a perfect atmosphere for a great culinary experience. The staff were very friendly, professional and attentive throughout our meal. I think we had 6 or 7 staff members serving us throughout our meal. Service was outstanding as expected from this caliber of restaurant. We selected the seafood tasting course and was simply dazzled at every course. If you like seafood, you must try this option. Overall, we had a fantastic experience with the food, service and atmosphere at Quilon.
