R Baker is at 1F of the Wakoshi station building (South side) and below the Tobu Hotel. I stayed there twice in 2025 and for another 9 days in 2026. R Baker has a nice selection of fresh breads (although I miss plain and simple sourdough rolls or baguettes) and they offer a very affordable morning set with great coffee. Pity they changed from the nice coffee mugs to paper cups in April 2025, even when you dine in. The best news this time: I can confirm that all the grumpy staff have left and the service and attitude now is excellent.
