The Espresso! For me as Italian one of the best dark roast in Kurume ! She uses a Rocket Machine with pre-infusion. Other cafes use machines 10 times the price and don’t make good espresso. The beans ( depends on weather) : Italian/ Dark Roast Acidity is good for a dark roast but needs sugar to boost! Body is rich. There are better beans but I guess price is a factor. In Japan not many people drink Espresso! So I appreciate it! This is my go to place from now on! Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3
