I was really disappointed with my meal. I ordered the Quartz ramen, which is advertised as one of their signature dishes. The menu described it as chicken katsu ramen, but the chicken was not katsu at all. It was just two pieces of marinated chicken breast that seemed to have been boiled or cooked without any breading or frying. The chicken also had a strange cooking wine taste that was unpleasant. Even worse, the inside of the chicken breast was cold. When I brought it up, the server kindly checked with the kitchen, and they said they had only torched the surface before serving it. The server asked if I wanted to switch to anything else, then I asked to switch to pork katsu, but after she checked with the kitchen, they said they couldn’t make the substitution. Unfortunately, the dish was not enjoyable at all. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, especially for a signature ramen, and especially because the dish was not what was advertised. Truffle ramen is amazing. Noodle quality is great. Pork bowl is great too, and the brussel sprouts. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: $20–30
