I was really excited to try the ramen here because the reviews were amazing. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. When we arrived, I asked a staff member to explain the menu, but he didn’t speak either Italian or English and refused to explain anything because of the language barrier. When we asked if anyone else spoke English or Italian, he simply told us that nobody there spoke either language. I understand that not everyone speaks English or Italian, but refusing to provide any help or explanation to customers is extremely disappointing. Based on the reviews, I expected much better.
