Undercooked sweet potatoes! Generally amazing food, amazing menu selection and customizability. And I like that they are doing giftable meals for charity and aren't upcharging food ordered through delivery services. BUT this time the sweet potatoes comprising the 'roasted vegetables' ingredient in my Build Your Own Bowl were crunchy still. I didn't want to get a tummy ache eating almost-raw sweet potatoes so my bowl ended up kind of small. Everything else I've had here in the past has been spot-on. Meal type: Lunch Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian offerings: Large vegetarian selection

Hi Dena, we're really sorry your roasted veg showed up with undercooked sweet potatoes. That's on us and not the rasa standard. We're tightening our roasting checks so bowls don't get shrunken by crunchy spuds. I really like this place as its one of the few fast casual places close by where you can get halal chicken, but they really need to pay better attention when taking an order. I got the chicken tikka salad and the server must have mixed it up with a bowl because he added ingredients that aren't supposed to be in the salad, including tomato garlic sauce and chickpeas. He also didnt include any spring mix. Now I have a very soggy, very high calorie salad with barely any greens. From now on I'll pay more attention when they're making my meal.
