The woman was friendly, she saw us confused and helped us order our food on the machine. All three ramen bowls we got were absolutely full of flavor and delicious but mine was the rich ramen broth. WOW. Just wow The rich deep flavor of the broth paired with the smoky boiled egg was mindblowing. I never pick my bowl up and finish my soup but this bowl I did. Didn't leave a drop. Ramen with beef and pork bones. I think there are many delicious ramen restaurants in Higashi-Nagasaki, but Rasen is a delicious ramen full of originality that you can't find anywhere else.
