This is a disappointing restaurant although the pasta is delicious. It was about half a teaspoon of grated cheese, so when I asked, "Do you have grated cheese?" I was surprised to be told that it would be an extra charge. Seasonings are free at all stores, but this one was different. It's no different from paying for pepper and chili oil at a ramen restaurant. From what I hear, it seems to be the management's policy, but I don't think so. What would the president of Red Pepper think if he was told that he had to pay extra for pickled ginger in Yoshinoya's beef bowl? It's a shame because the pasta is delicious.
