This bar is a beautiful little gem that's hiding in plain sight on the corner. There's two wonderful ladies working there who are simply amazing. They were able to serve the sitting, standing and passing clientele at ease, carrying on conversations with everyone, while answering the phone, taking orders, and serving fabulous coffee and food for all assembled. The croissants, pastries, sandwiches etc are all of the highest quality, and taste sublime. They have a magnificent selection of cold drinks, both alcoholic and without, and the coffee is perfect. I was amazed by the prices as everything was so reasonably priced compared to other places around Rome.. We were staying nearby for a couple of days and made sure to return everyday, sometimes more than once! My wife and I both agreed that we'd return and stay there again just to return to the River Cafe' we were so taken by them. 100% reccomend to all, if you're in the area make sure to stop by. I cannot reccomend it any higher to you. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: €1–10
