The place has a nice, simple vibe—especially convenient if you’re waiting for services from one of the offices in the building. However, I was quite disappointed with both the service and the food, especially considering it was my first visit. I was recommended the loaded fries by the lady serving me, and I specifically asked if it came with meat, cheese, etc. She confirmed it did. Unfortunately, what I received was just fries with onions and about two tiny pieces of bacon. When I asked about the missing ingredients, I was told it doesn’t come with meat or cheese. Due to the mix-up, they agreed I wouldn’t pay the full amount. But a few minutes later, the chef brought a small side plate with some meat—which was so chewy, it felt more like chewing gum than food. I suspect it was served just so they could justify charging the full price, which honestly didn’t feel fair. TO THE OWNER: You have a great location and reasonably priced menu, but please take a moment to re-evaluate your kitchen team and food quality. There’s potential here, but the experience needs serious improvement. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
