We stumbled upon Roka while exploring some quieter local beaches in Kaş, away from the usual tourist spots. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but the chef greeted us with genuine warmth and recommended the handmade beef burger. To my surprise, it turned out to be one of the best burgers I’ve had in years - perfectly cooked, flavorful, and paired with crisp, golden fries. The portion was generous and left me happily full. Afterward, we lingered outside under the umbrellas with a rich cup of Turkish coffee, soaking in the relaxed atmosphere.
