To summarize this place in one word: REFRESHING!!! The food was excellent, the restaurant itself was clean, welcoming and beautiful. The staff was kind and helpful with all my questions. Each dish was very will prepared. The sushi i ordered was so fresh and light I know I will crave more. I HIGHLY recommend trying out this place!! Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Dietary restrictions: This place serves all sorts of fish, but while I was there a guest with a shellfish allergy came in and they happily accommodated him

Rollbob is a great new spot in Hoschton. The food was fresh, flavorful, and came out looking just as good as it tasted. We had a specialty sushi roll, a sizzling plate, and noodles — everything was on point. The sushi was well put together with great flavor, and the hot plate and noodles were just as solid. Clean place, smooth service, and a relaxed vibe. Definitely worth trying — we’ll be back. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
