Rosa Restaurante was one of those perfect Costa Brava dining experiences. We enjoyed beautifully grilled fresh sea bass, perfectly prepared and full of flavor, along with refreshing sangria while taking in the spectacular Mediterranean views from the terrace. The setting is absolutely gorgeous—relaxed, elegant, and exactly where you want to be on a beautiful afternoon or evening in Roses. Great food, sangria, sea breezes, and incredible views… it’s hard not to be happy here. A wonderful place to slow down, enjoy the moment, and soak up everything that makes the Costa Brava so special.
