ROXI'S is a fantastic place to chill with a hot or cold drink, snacks, and ice cream and get some great views of Riobamba. The café/ice cream shop faces El Parque Guayaquil, allowing for unforgettable views of Riobamba's city life and youth. The café itself has a cheerful, carnival-type vibe with its light yellow walls and colorful artwork. Also a fantastic place to work. The music includes a great selection of classic western rock which really makes for a bright, enjoyable ambience. The couch-type chairs are extremely comfortable. I easily spent over 2 hours in this café, working, chatting with a friend, peering through the window at Riobamban city life, and watching a gorgeous sunset behind the palm trees of the park. Highly recommended!
