Top notch service. Wagyu beef was lovely and the salted caramel meringata for dessert was amazing! Had lunch here today while attending a conference next door. My whole group thought everything was good mot great which was a little disappointing. Chicken parm was average nothing special, lobster ravioli was a very small dish, short ribs were pretty good, zucchini app garlic bread was everyone’s fav. Parking: Plenty of parking and they have valet. I reserved a private dining room for a family dinner for 20 people. I booked the event, site unseen as I live out of town. Every aspect was sensational. My lead servers Cynthia and Abby were absolutely incredible. This restaurant gave us 5 star service. The service was overly impressive. The food was excellent and the wine options were really good. I had several “foodies” in my group and they were overly satisfied. The restaurant is very lively, bordering on loud. Upon entry it was a festive Saturday night and I was skeptical the restaurant would be too trendy. The music bled over into our private room. However, the restaurant provided a Bluetooth speaker for a private playlist and it worked out. The manager on duty had an extra adapter to connect my laptop to the TV in the room and the sound and visuals were lovely. It was like having a personal Tech team for setup. Everything and everyone was kind, attentive and ready to help in any way possible. Most of the communication was via email and I felt all of my needs were understood and communicated back to the onsite staff. Thank you Luis and Soo Jin for helping make my occasion special. Highly recommend RPM Italian for private dining and can’t give enough praise to Cynthia and Abby for being exceptional servers. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
