Hello everyone I ordered two grilled sardines, I received two cans of them in oil that you can find in a supermarket, what a surprise!!! Being a little tired, we said to ourselves, we'll have them in the end, accompanied by fries as the waiter offered them. Second Surprise, the sardine in oil charged 24€, and the tray of fries 8.5€, in total 32€5 the dish of sardine in oil in a can and fried frozen, bought at Métro 6.5€ the pack of 2.5kg Mc Cain Fries. No luck, I also manage a restaurant, these practices are unbearable. I understand you have a time frame to wring us dry, but do it gracefully!! Response to owner: Sir I made no mistake, I ordered grilled sardines without consulting the menu because I trusted your waiter, you have to explain to him, he came back after ten minutes with two cans of canned sardines , I inform you that my request was clear, two grilled sardines with fries and a Nicoise salad, I am from Nice, all restaurateurs know grilled sardines. Moreover, since we eat canned cans by the sea, we will have to think about selling fresh products, your Limited Edition sardines, we must sell them in the north!!! Even though I made a mistake, your response clearly shows your incompetence in marketing. Concerning Mc Cain frozen fries, you cannot deny the contrary, at €8.50 per tray, you have done well!! Indeed, after reading the old comments a posteriori, it is clear, it is very expensive, frozen products, staff who push consumption and unprofessional!! The neighboring restaurant sells grilled sardines with dishes, for €21, I invite customers to check your menu carefully before ordering and, even go to neighboring restaurants, it's more competitive!! We do not have this product on the menu. However, we have on the menu a can of Sardines from a world-renowned cannery "Real Conservera". This is very clearly displayed on the map. We even mention on the menu the number of sardines in the box: between 18 and 22. It is an exceptional product, made up of very small sardines known for their taste and texture. You made a mistake thinking of ordering grilled sardines. The mention grilled is never cited. On the other hand it is well written canned with the number of sardines. Second point, you ask to have a side dish with your order. You ordered the sardines in the “Starter” section. Accompaniments are provided for the Main Courses (main course). Considering that you are a restaurateur, you should know that we do not serve side dishes with the starters. Regarding prices, they are clearly displayed at the entrance to the restaurant and you can also find them on the menu. There are many restaurants that offer side dishes at extra cost. That's not our case. Each dish offered on the menu is accompanied by a garnish. Your comments are not relevant given that you criticize us for your poor understanding of the information clearly displayed. We see that as a restaurateur you use Métro as a supplier. Without being derogatory to the restaurateurs who go to Metro, this is not our case. We favor selected suppliers rather than large food stores.
