I had a fine stay here but I was charged accidentally again when checking out having already paid online with booking.com. I have been ringing trying to get a refund for the last 6 months to no avail.

On the day of my check-in, I received an email stating that my booking dates had been changed from 1-3 May to 3-5 May. I did not request this change, the hotel moved my reservation to accommodate someone else (I noticed they were fully booked immediately after I received the email). This was extremely inconvenient as we were already in the city and heading to the hotel. We had to find alternative accommodation at the last minute during a long weekend. The nearest available hotel that didn’t look horrible was 70km away. This was a very poor experience. Also when we tried to call and message the hotel after we received the email they were unresponsive. Service: 1

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Rabenstein. The hotel is located in a truly picturesque area, with a beautiful lake nearby that makes the atmosphere especially relaxing. Everything was always spotless, and the cleanliness throughout the hotel really stood out. The mattresses were very comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. I also appreciated the wellness facilities — the gym and sauna are a great bonus for guests who want to relax or stay active. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. There is also convenient parking available, which makes the stay even more comfortable. Overall, a fantastic hotel that I would happily recommend and visit again!
