Front door man was so rude. We went there for lunch, he just pointed to the chairs and said wait, didn’t ask how many people. I told him 10 (3 were on the way) he just said wait. (Restaurant not full) After more than 15 mins, I asked if we can have one table for 4 first downstairs as old man hard to walk upstairs (cause I saw empty table on G/F）he kept saying no no no must be 10 10 10. I then said ask if we can separate into 2 tables or not, then he said 6 yes and took us upstairs （others arrived 3 mins later also took upstairs) They gave us cold tea and I asked if can have hot one or not and again NO. I ask if we can order a drink or not and also NO. If not because of long waiting already and lunch time almost finish (after 1:30pm) I would have just walk away ! Not much choice in menu anyway. Highly NOT recommended !!! Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ¥2,000–3,000 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I was craving shabu-shabu for the first time in a while and stumbled upon this restaurant while looking around the Ginza area. The atmosphere, the professional conduct of the staff, and above all, the high quality of the food were so impressive that I couldn’t hide my surprise. The black pork shabu-shabu, served with a broth I’ve never tasted before, was exquisite. I definitely want to go back. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
