Karen I am so sorry this happened to you, if you contact me, I can try to make things right for you. Unfortunately businesses rely on this technology, and as much as we try to keep up with any errors, some will slip past us. But that is never the fault of the customer, and I do want to make this right so if you are ever back in the area, you’ll give us another chance. Please understand, one bad review can damage a business no matter what the situation. When things like this happen beyond our control, without giving us an opportunity to show you what we truly stand for, you can hurt the reputation we have worked so hard to build. We do have new staff, that maybe wasn’t quite sure how to correct the issue. Contacting us, or any business, will give that business a chance to, not only improve, but correct and change the opinion you left with. We are truly grateful for all of our customers and appreciate their business. We are blessed with a wonderful following from all over the US!
