Failed to get a reservation as their online reservation in tabelog is not working.. then went to the tourist information center to try to call them to reserve via phone, but no one was answering, the tourist information staff called them 4 times. Leaving Fukui and will not to get to try this restaurant due to faulty reservation system as Fukui is not a place where you visit a 2nd time compared to main tourist destination such as Tokyo..and it is a very off the beaten path in Japan. I wanted to eat delicious tempura, so I went to [Raden] in Hapilin. I ordered a large shrimp and vegetable tempura set for 2,800 yen. It said it was a large shrimp, but I thought it would be a little bigger than normal, but what came out was a really big shrimp and I was really impressed! It's very satisfying to eat. It was very delicious. Thank you for the treat. The plum soda costs 660 yen and I won't be repeating it anymore...I guess...
