Even though we visited only the coffee and pastry shop, we were impressed with the prompt service, excellent coffee, and amazing artizanal ice cream. The hotel building impresses with it's elegance, while the outside patio offers plenty of shade, much needed on hot day. Service: 5

We only had lunch at the restaurant. The food is good, but the prices quite high. Waiting time is long. we ordered soups and main course and it took about 20 min to bring the soups and they were warm, almost cold. We had deserts at the cafeteria which is also part of the Radsor complex and the cakes are very good. I recommend it.
