Had a meal at Al Gusto in Fulham on Thursday 8 October. I live in Worcestershire but have a flat in Fulham which I visit every month or so. On each occasion I eat at Al Gusto because the food and service are wonderful and great value for money.

Had a business lunch here. They were intuitive enough to leave us alone and things just went smoothly. My scallops risotto was delicous: perfectly al dente arborio, balanced creamy broth with juicy pearls of grilled scallops beautifully plated. My colleagues' carbonara must have been tasty too, since he polished it off clean. Al Gusto was delightfully professional and aligned with what we needed, a good feed and a quiet environment.
