We went the last night. Disaster. My grand daughter’s Alfredo was sent back twice. The sauce was like water, I think she just gave up as she ended up eating only the chicken. My daughter and best friend ordered the special which was Red fish with crab on top. No crab. It was pointed out to the lady who delivered them. She was not a server as she was not in uniform. Either she didn’t hear clearly or ignored it. Was pointed out to an actual server. Now well over 10 minutes after the plates were served the same lady returned with crab in small bowls! The fish is by this time cold. Had this been my plate I would have expected and demanded the entire dish be re-fired. However I was only a guest at the table and my dish had no issues. I understand this was a table for 10 (3 children &7 adults) reserved in advance ,so they knew what to plan for. But not only did the food have issues but the food did not come out in a timely manner to begin with. The entrées did not come out together which meant other had to start eating or risk their food being cold. I have ate often with friends at their other restaurant Amedeo’s and it is far superior. Very disappointing for nearly $600 bill that my son paid. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $50–60

We went for the Valentine's day 4 course menu special. Upon arrival it took 20 minutes to be seated even though we paid online for a reservation. Once seated the candles on our table or the table in front of us weren't lit. We waited over 10 minutes to be greeted and over another 10 minutes to receive our drinks. We witnessed a server place CLEAN silverware on the seats while cleaning a table and then place the silverware BACK on the table for the next guests. Over all the kitchen seemed unorganized as our entrees came out BEFORE our 2nd starter dish. The atmosphere is quite loud, so I wouldn't recommend Raffa's for a romantic evening. The manager greeted every table surrounding us, except ours, apologizing for the slow service. The food was subpar and not worth the wait. Unfortunately we will not be returning.
