I called Rafiki Restaurant and Lounge 20 minutes in advance to order a chapati and let them know I was on my way. When I arrived, I encountered a bit of a hiccup at the reception. I requested one chapati, and it seemed like they weren’t prepared for it. I did mention that I had driven quite a distance to try their chapati, which I was excited about. Although there was a moment of confusion, they eventually served me. I hope they can improve their service to ensure a smoother experience for customers.
