I had an outstanding experience at Raglan Fish today. There was a mix-up where another customer accidentally took and opened my takeaway order. When I pointed out that I wasn't comfortable eating food that had been opened by someone else, the chef immediately apologised and cooked a completely fresh meal without any hesitation or fuss. The service was exceptional and genuinely customer-focused. The gurnard was beautifully fresh with one of the best batters I've ever tasted, and the skin-on chips were cooked to perfection. We took our meal down to watch the surfers, and it made for a fantastic lunch. Without a doubt, these are some of the best fish and chips I've had in years. Five stars all the way, I highly recommend Raglan Fish to anyone visiting Raglan. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Order type: Takeaway Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $80–90
