A very cozy jazz kissa up some very steep stairs! Lots of regulars who obviously love this place, the lady running the store was so kind and attentive. The coffee and cake set was delicious and very affordable! Meal type: Other Price per person: ¥1–1,000 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Perfect jazz kissa, worth the trip out of central Tokyo if you’re into this kind of thing. I don’t speak more than a few words of Japanese, but the proprietor was very kind and with Google Translate and a shared love of the music, we got by just fine. Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
