*** So sorry that I doubted you, Fern. *** My boy Chai has been raving about your BBQ awhile yet my lazy a$$ was skeptical. Quality meat cooked to perfection from a neighborhood pop-up stand? I said "Idk"? So finally I came by yesterday with my son to finally sample 2lbs of your BBQ brisket. Frankly we were amazed. You got skills! Meat was so tender, succulent and juicy. We almost ate all 2 lbs in just one sitting. (oink, oink) We even ate that flavorful fat. The meat breaks apart like a crumble cake. No knives were even needed to enjoy this. Good stuff. *** Next step: go on Shark Tank, man. ***

I've enjoyed a lot of great BBQ from places like Kansas City and Austin and it's always hard to find good BBQ here in Los Angeles, but glad I found this place. This guy is legit and his spare ribs and beef ribs were as tender and juicy as I've had them. Meat was falling right off the bone, I liked the sauce he uses on the spare ribs as well. Contacted him through his Instagram, made a pre-order and payment through Venmo. Easy to find and pick up the food day of. I'd recommend contacting him early in the week seems to sell out quickly and understandably so.

Truly a wonderful experience that everyone needs to try! Whether you've heard about the trending underground BBQ going around in LA or not, this place is a MUST if you are a BBQ fanatic. This isn't your typical restaurant and there's a process to ordering. 1. Follow my guy on IG! 2. Watch out for his stories, he'll be posting whether he's BBQing that week. 3. If you decide to eat that week, slide into his DM and tell him the amount of meat you want ;) (His usual's are: Beef Ribs, Brisket, & Ribs) -Beef Ribs are my favorite and the most delicious! -I'd go about 1lb of meat per person 4. Once you ordered, you pay right way through Venmo. Cash/Card are not excepted. (This is how you place your spot in the line) Unlike most BBQ restaurants, consistency is hard to maintain due to amount of customers. However, QC over here is top-notch. He's able take the time and love to make sure the meat is on par with his standards. You can either bring the meat back home or eat in front of his yard! One of the most laid back guys I've met. Oh did I mention BYOB? *If you enter his address through Apple GPS it takes you to this weird apartment complex, which isn't his house. It's actually around the corner. You just have to use your intuition and make a couple turns to get to the right place. You wont miss the place. There's a giant smoker on the sidewalk.
