I've visited this restaurant several times, and the ramen is consistently delicious. It's nice to know that you can always expect the same great quality. The complimentary pickled plums are also a thoughtful touch that I appreciate. Although there seem to be more international staff members now, I've found the service to be attentive and welcoming. From the moment I walk in until I leave, the staff do a good job of making customers feel looked after. The only disappointing item was the fried chicken (karaage). The pieces were very small and seemed to consist mostly of batter, with very little meat inside. They felt somewhat hollow and not very satisfying. I hope this is something the restaurant can improve, as it would make the overall dining experience even better. Overall, this is still a place I enjoy visiting and would recommend for its consistently good ramen and friendly service. Meal type: Lunch

Their ramen is actually so good. I was looking for a place that was still open after 10 pm and found that this Rai Rai Tei is open until 11:30 pm. I've always heard from a friend that even though it's a chain restaurant, their ramen is actually good. I personally love spicy food, so I challenged myself to their spiciest menu, and it was actually spicy! (I was expecting nothing since it's Japan).
