A fantastic little gem. Peaceful, vibey, and thoughtful without trying. I passed by but felt an aura about it, even though there was hardly any signage beyond “cash only.” I opened the door and vinyl music was playing from the corner. the brick fan design on the floor; the palm tree in the middle of the room, behind it a retro refrigerator with old magazines hung on hooks on the sides, plus a man smoking, made this feel like a mid century fever dream. I ordered the royal tea and honey butter toast, which they make with the famous neighborhood pelican bread. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Found this hidden gem when I was wondering on the street in tokyo, looking for quality cafe to eat and chill for a bit. Time is like frozen in the 1960s in here, they even play music with real phonograph record player! I ordered the lunch set of beef curry with soup and coffee for ¥1200 which is really good price for it's quality. Beef curry is awesome for it's creamy texture and taste, rice is perfectly cooked, not soggy at all, soup and coffee is decent. Would recommend someone who want a quiet place to enjoy lunch, and like vintage vibe. Meal type: Brunch Price per person: ¥1,000–2,000 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
