Rakan

Located on street 16 in Kobe, Rakan is a modest pub and bar that provides a cozy atmosphere for its guests. Though it has a minimal online presence, including only a sparse profile on Google, the establishment manages to offer a selection of food and drinks, with options for alcohol and beer available. Those seeking a dine-in experience can expect table service at this venue.

Rakan has its amenities, such as restrooms, but accessibility features like wheelchair-accessible entrances and parking are not highlighted. While the place allows for reservations, specifics about their operating hours remain unknown, signaling a lack of up-to-date information from the owner. Visitor feedback from a couple of years ago describes an affordable and agreeable setting, appealing particularly to those looking to relax without pretense.

However, it's important to note the absence of more recent visitor reviews or updated details, which might leave potential patrons wanting more certainty before planning a visit. Given its low profile and somewhat sparse details, Rakan offers a bit of intrigue for those open to exploration in Kobe's pub scene while emphasizing moderation in expectations due to the limited current information available.
