Seeing Takayama Inari Shrine asks for time and efforts, so if you feel hungry afterwards, visit this restaurant for a tasty meal. Chinese food is worth a try here. Clients don't like takoyaki at Rakujin.
The staff is said to be competent here. Good service is a strong point that plays a great role for the success of this place. When you enter this place, you notice the cool atmosphere. But this spot is not highly appreciated by Google users who provided it a below average rating.

Takoyaki was of a larger size however seemed very undercooked, very soft and squishy inside only one small piece of octopus inside each ball some I’m not sure had any. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ¥1–1,000 Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1

I tried the Takoyaki from Rakujin. You need to order the food through machine in front of the counter and then pass the ticket to the chef. The shop is part of the Shinagawa kitchen food court on the second floor in the annex building of Shinagawa Prince hotel. The size of Takoyaki balls are generous but I m sorry to say that taste is about average. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ¥1–1,000 Food: 3
