I've been coming here for 45 years. Always been a great store with friendly staff. They have good specials that they don't have at other stores, but they are a smaller Ralphs and maybe don't have all of the specialty items some of the Ralphs may have. But their seafood, meat and deli departments have experienced staff that loved their jobs and have been there a while. The quality of everything is good including their Sushi which is actually remarkably good. I used to do food safety quality control, and this and other Ralph's Sushi departments were one of the best in the industry; better than Whole Foods for sure

I frequent this ralphs often. Never had an issue other then the check out can be a wait sometimes. There is an older women with blonde or white hair that works in the deli that is very friendly and makes a great impression every time I see her while getting food from her.

Went in Ralph's this evening and noticed The thrifty ice cream in the isle by the self checkout. The price said $4.49 on sale. I told an employee that is not the price in the paper it says $3.99. She proceeded to tell me maybe you need digital coupon. I told her no because if you walk over to the ice cream isle it says $3.99 no coupon needed. She just left. I took photos to show. As you can see Two different prices, in two different locations. Ralphs you need to do better!!! Stop cheating your customers!!!!!
