I want to give a shout out to Tommy in produce who did an amazing job with customer service. Tommy goes above and beyond and is a very awesome associate. I've been looking for a particular item for a while and ran into Tommy and he took me right to it. Worst customer service I've ever had especially from a so called manager. I needed help with an item I saw a lady walking around named Sunny asked her for help and was given such an attitude like I was bothering her for help. Speaking with someone about it in produce department came to find out Sunny is a manager there and still treats customers like this . All I asked for was pointing me in right direction and if they had any soda in the back because the shelf was empty.

The florist and flowers here in Ralph's are so pretty. They do a great job keeping them stocked up & many variations. Love getting flowers from here!
