Store is very clean and usually well stocked. Prices tend to be higher than other stores, so I normally use digital deals or sale items. Love their pharmacy!

I do not like to write bad reviews of businesses, but this place has the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life. It was the most atrocious experience I've ever had in a grocery store, ever. I will never shop here again and neither should you. Here's why: So, first, the bin outside the entrance to the store where I've been recycling plastic bags and shopping bags for over a year is literally just a mislabeled trash can and the employees are too lazy to just make it a trashcan or label it as such. So I find the supervisor on duty. He's a front end leader named Andrew. I tell him I'm upset because I've been recycling these at the store for about a year and they've apparently just been throwing them in the trash. Instead of listening to a customer complaint, he says, "I have a question for you. What am I supposed to do about all the homeless people who throw trash in there?" I'm thinking, 'I don't know. How about just putting a trashcan out there and calling it a day.' Anyways, he then without my prompting him starts saying something along the lines of, "You must just do this for fun, huh, go and complain about what's wrong at places." I've literally never complained about anything at this store ever. I actually liked this store, but not any more. Anyways, I roll my eyes and am thinking, 'This is conversation is worthless,' and walk out of the store. I'm honestly concerned about this guy. I mean, if he's the supervisor on a Friday afternoon before Memorial Day, yikes! But this is the kicker. He chooses to follow me out of the store, and berates me at the entrance. I am absolutely astounded. I finished this interaction. I have never had someone who works at a grocery store, let anyone any store come after me, a customer to attack me again. So then he says, "What am I supposed to do? Dig through the trash and sort your plastic bags." I say to him, "Well, yes, since that's how the bin is labeled, that would be what you have to do." Then I tell him he's a terrible leader, which he is. I mean, what supervisor goes after customers to attack them. And then as I'm walking away, he hurls a personal insult at me saying, "Well, you must be unemployed and this is what you do fun, go around to stores in Oceanside and tell them everything wrong with them." I don't respond to this. It's not worth it. Maybe he was having a bad day. I'm not sure. But buy your groceries elsewhere. Really, anywhere else is better than shopping here.

I've been coming to this Ralphs more Because they have some pretty good sales each week and if u search the app ahead of time, u can find even better deals. Always have fresh fruit that lasts longer than just the trip home haha easy checkout process. At first I got confused bc my Coupons wouldn't apply but they showed me you have to hit "pay now" and then the discounts come off. Only thing that's irritating is that they don't carry my flavor of energy drink and I get no service anywhere inside the store so it never fails I forget something on my list every time and I need to go outside to call my daughter but it's not a big deal!
