Today is my last day of shopping at this Ralphs location for 20 plus years. The employees treat customers like everyone is a thief out to shoplift or scam them at the self service line. Not one employee I've interacted with is cordial or friendly. Perhaps they should seek a job where no customer interaction is required. If they have a problem with crime, then go back to cashier assist lines, and get rid of self serve. I guess Vons will start getting my money now.
