This Ralphs grocery store is well-maintained, with a good selection of in-stock items and ample space for comfortable navigation. The produce consistently appears fresh. My rating is primarily influenced by the demeanor of the employees. I have found that they are not as friendly or helpful as one might anticipate, particularly in the self-checkout area. Considering that customers are already undertaking the tasks of scanning and bagging their own items, one would expect that any questions or requests for assistance would be met with a friendly and accommodating response, rather than an impression of being an inconvenience. Just with my personal experience shopping at this particular location.

. Oct.I moved to Stevenson Ranch.Unfortunetly my car was totaled in Sep. ( not my fault) My son & his family wanted me closer...regardless last night I had a choice to either listen to the cats be upset all night ( I forgot dry food from Ralphs the night prior) or go on my scooter before Ralph's closed. Being the closest store to me.I have found out that stuff those old people gripe about, how they have to live on their S.S. isnt a lie! now that Im 64 ...OK THE POINT OF THIS WHOLE REVIEW (beside the stuff the supermarkets r putting their faithfull shoppers thru) Tonight I know it was late but Ralph's across from where I live is open till 12:00. I get it if it were 3 min. till 12 but it was 15 min I was out of there by 10 till listening the whole time to the gal who " shouldn't have let me in cuz who buys pet food at this hr" I want to say something to the manager but I won't because normally all the staff including her has been VERY helpful to me.That is what makes a local market most people's choice.I haven't forgotten what it was like to have a haircut walk in 15 min. till closing. I shop at that store & spend money 1 to 3x a week.I WISH SO MUCH I physically could still work! I would have been meaner/ madder than heck if I had ridden in the dark with random coyotes ( it was rightfully their turff) on that scooter ... oh wait, u did say NO & LIED ABOUT THE TIME... THANK U FOR LETTING ME IN DURING THE LAST 14 MIN. of buisness hrs.
