The chef designed the restaurant kitchen, dining room layout and personally prepares each item on the menu. Where else can you get that level of commitment to your dining experience? There's something for everyone to enjoy on the menu. Tipping is included in the bill so the staff is properly compensated and committed. Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The Bramble restaurant has very high-end flavors in a very relaxed environment. The meals are on point. The chef has gourmet experience and spent a lot of recent time in Europe getting ideas. Every time I visit, I have to ask the staff to let the chef know once again what an excellent dish it was. What I like is that the dishes is very and I’m a local on Vashon that is really nice. The dishes are based on what is in season on Vashon, which is also super fun.
