We stumbled upon a hidden gem near our hotel, boasting a Google rating of less than 4. However, the Japanese bell boy persuaded me to give it a try, as it remains open until 2:30 am, and it happens to be his favorite. Ningyōchō Ramen Inase is conveniently situated near our hotel, a mere 250 meters away. My partner opted for the renowned chasiu ramen, gyoza, and Asahi set menu, while I ordered six gyozas and three bouled dumplings, also sampling his ramen soup. The ramen was exceptionally tasty, featuring charshou, Japanese boiled egg, bamboo shoots, bean sprouts, and nori. It was truly exceptional, and we savored every bite. The fresh Asahi beer was refreshing, particularly after our nighttime journey from Osaka by Shinkansen. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
