前から気になっていたので寄って、とりそばを焼めしセットでいただきました。 濃い醤油だしに鶏肉チャーシュー、所謂笠岡ラーメンになるかと思います。 昔ながらの中華そば屋さんといった感じでした。 I had been curious about it for a while, so I stopped by and had torisoba with yakimeshi (grilled rice) set. It was what is called "Kasaoka Ramen" with a thick soy sauce broth and chicken chashu pork. It was like an old-fashioned Chinese noodle shop.
