Walking into a beautiful place like Ramen Legend, I would have expected a better experience. I understand restaurants in sugarhouse get very busy in the evenings but this one was a rough experience.. the system to order via QR code all seemed very odd, like being in a fast food restaurant, no real genuine connection with our server, and things were missed on the order that we paid for and didn't get. After making the order, it took about 15 min for them to bring 2 of 3 dishes and an extra 20 more min to bring my dish, and it wasn't warm anymore, which means they probably forgot to bring it after making it. The food was great! Sadly, my experience was not, and won't come back to this location at night. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5
