Located on Kaminitamachi, Ramen Niton is an option for those seeking a straightforward dining experience in Mitsuke. The establishment presents a rather minimal presence online, with only a sparse profile appearing on Foursquare and no detailed listings on other major restaurant directories. This lack of visibility might suggest the restaurant prefers to let its noodles do the talking.
Ramen Niton provides a variety of dining options throughout the day, including brunch, lunch, and dinner. Specializing in ramen, the menu features both traditional Chinese-style soba and a signature "pork soba," which is said to reflect the heavier, Jiro-style typically found. According to past feedback, diners have the choice of noodle portions, with the medium size reportedly comparable to a large at most places.
Although visitor reviews are not current, with the latest being four years old, recurring elements highlight a style inconsistency in the restaurant's signage. Beyond this, there is little information from the owner or regular updates available. As such, while Ramen Niton offers a specific niche of ramen, potential visitors may find the lack of recent reviews and online presence to be worth considering when planning a visit.
